I've been interested in computers since grade school and started programming in high school. I've been involved in a few different startups, one of which was successful. While my job title is Principal Engineer and I tell people I am a software engineer, I see myself more as a problem solver. It took me a while to realize that experienced engineers do not necessarily need to be the best coder at the company. My principal engineer archetype is "the solver" followed by "the architect".

I enjoy building software, solving problems, and computer ethics. I enjoy exploring what could be and should be.
